Jennifer worked with Liceo Boston for two full school years, from 2021-2023. In the first year, she offered trainings and teacher coaching in project-based learning, predominantly online, and she visited to provide in-person reflection and improvement sessions, and to facilitate a project fair among teachers, at the end of the year.

In the second year, Jennifer focused on supporting key teachers and PBL directors, through virtual coaching, as they deepened their work on student-centered learning. She also provided online trainings for the full faculty on topics like the Landscape Model, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and other elements of student belonging on campus.
